I am no longer afraid to move
Quite the opposite — I love movement, it is not an obligation for me. I learned to experience it as enjoyment, as play. I learned to reconnect with movement, to feel my body come alive.
I am no longer afraid to make plans
I feel strong, I trust in my physical and mental capabilities. Before, I was afraid to make plans — a simple walk or a trip, worrying that I wouldn’t even make it through the plane or bus journey due to the pain, let alone long walks without being able to rest.
I am no longer frustrated and depressed
I feel that I enjoy my full potential, both physical and mental. And this helps me every day to support others in getting out of that place.

I will teach you to move and how to love movement. You will feel what it is like to have the freedom to move, without fear of getting stuck or pulled. The sense of freedom you will gain is indescribable.
